PMQ Blended Learning plus online exam
The PMQ distance-learning course fee of £849 + VAT includes:
- Our MSC PMQ Study Guide - to give you the required knowledge - contains:
- Current and past APM sample questions .
- 16 chapters divided into four modules each taken in one day of the classroom version.
- Appendix on examination technique .
- Appendix containing Specimen Examination Paper of 16 questions plus an additional 16 questions.
- Notes for answers to all 32 questions.
- On-line access to MOODLE learning management system which contains:
- 36 video podcasts in MP4 format - listen to the tutor, see the slides - nearly six and a half hours long.
- Copies of all APM PMQ documentation - syllabus, sample paper, guide for candidates.
- Copies of all slides used in the podcasts.
- Direct e-mailed tutor support - to deal with any problems encountered.
- Examination preparation and the online APM exam. This includes:
- APM online PMQ examination
- Two exam-preparation webinars each 75 minutes long.
- Assignment submissions of up to five exam-type questions, which will be marked by the tutor to examination standard.
These webinars will concentrate on examination technique, time management and analysing some of the 32 exam-type questions in the MSC Study Guide - these are based on 64 of the 67 course assessment criteria.
After completing a substantial amount of study, delegates should inform the office which online workshop they wish to attend; the examination/examination workshop is then arranged at your convenience.
To take the online examination, you will need:
- Mobile device/phone on which you download the ProctorExam app; Android 4.1 or higher, IOS (APPLE) 8.0 or higher; video resolution must be at least 800 x 600 px
- Computer system with microphone and webcam - Windows 7 or higher, Mac OS X, Linux 64 bit, Ubuntu 14.04, Debian 8+, openSUSE 13.3+, or Fedora Linux 24+; Google Chrome (latest version) is the recommended browser.
- WiFi connection for both phone and computer system
Note: "Attempting to use a laptop or device that is intended for work purposes may have restricted access and admin rights installed. This may cause issues when trying to access the ProctorExam platform and therefore it is recommended you use a personal laptop."
